City Hall and Public Works Campus Master Plan
The challenge of this project was to complete an assessment of all 24 City of Fort Walton Beach facilities, develop a Master Plan for the 14 decentralized facilities and/or buildings that compose the City Hall and Field Office Complexes, define project budgets for the options explored, and develop an implementation plan to address the current and future operational and space needs of the City.
